The ultimate beneficial owner ("UBO") of Cyprus Dot MD ("CMD") is Panos Lernis through his 100% ownership interest in NVITRA Capital Markets LLC ("NVITRA") which is the parent company of CMD, and Panos Marcoullis reports directly to the ultimate beneficial owner on a regular basis, usually enough to influence day-to-day decision making.

There is a small local team made up of full-time and part-time staff who are specifically trained to handle the rigors of setting up private equity transaction pipelines involving foreign direct investors. Also a cadre of associates (non-vested intermediaries), consultants and such advisors (directly vested intermediaries) assist both the local team and the executive suite.

As of March 2022 the efforts of CMD are focused solely on Cyprus. Also, the CMD team has worked almost exclusively remotely through its Zoom portal at nvitra.zoom.us due to the ongoing CoViD-19 pandemic.
